Insulation materials

Our systems use high-quality insulation materials. The material EPS+ - BASF's graphite composite was chosen because of its best properties for thermal insulation, vapour permeability, lightness and hardness with variable densities of the material depending on the intended use.

EPS+ is certified as a "fire-resistant" material with Fire Reaction Class = E (does not support flame combustion, melting at high temperatures). Our goal is to protect thermal insulation materials from fire hazards and direct sunlight. Therefore, we use single-layer or multi-layer protective screens made of Gypsum Fiberboard, Cement Fiberboard, Gypsum Board, technical stone and others.

Stone (marl) wool is also used, especially the one with a higher density - in cases where fire-fighting properties are required.

New insulation materials of sustainable natural origin are under development in our studio, which will give the "Stojer", "Stojer 2.0" and "TRAINO" construction systems a distinct environmental characteristic as "green construction".

1. ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Warm at wintertime, cool at summertime - no additional measures or expensive services, which means energy utility bills - free. In our houses gas would be needed only for cooking purposes and the fireplace - only for a romantic candle-like atmosphere.

The energy created in the process of inhabiting from vital processes, solar radiation, electric appliances, hot water usage for cooking and washing is retained and preserved with steady performance for long periods of time. 7. FIRE PROTECTION

The materials in our buildings are classified as “non-combustible”, as well as “limited combustibility” following the regulatory requirements. The main structure is of non-combustible materials.

8. RADIATION SAFETY

The main building material in our construction system - a graphite -polistrene composite - is a safe shield against all types of radiation due to its content of graphite flakes - same as in the shield of a nuclear reactor.

In a correct comparison of our result, all indicators of this innovative construction method outweigh the cost efficiency of the conventional buidling methods. Reduced are the labour costs, the construction period and the materials allow for a result of high quality and precision.
