GRAWE Business Centre

A 14-story office building in Sofia, commissioned and built for the needs of the Austrian insurance company GRAWE, as well as rental space. Completed in 2010, the building features the first WICONA curtain wall in Bulgaria.

The modern and innovative design of the facade created a dynamic silhouette of the neighbourhood, as well as led to the development of the entire adjacent area towards business-oriented architecture, as evidenced by our oldest shots of the building. The development over time has shown a successful choice of external and internal materials - durable, easy to repair and maintain and with a contemporary feel.

The spacious office space, the large number of available parking spaces on the underground levels and the high-quality finishing materials turn the building into a pleasant and comfortable place to work. Testimony for this are the many tenants of the building, which also explains the temporary change of the facade logo in recent years.
