Our construction systems are the result of many years of experience, innovative discoveries and proven and improved technologies. Our expertise in innovative and traditional construction allows us to formulate the concept of the “Stojer” and “TRAINO” systems as follows: to achieve light and precise construction that can be carried out by a small number of builders. Our experience shows that the highest quality is not always associated with an unattainable price.

• Time: A two-story house using this system can be built in two months. Transportation, loading, unloading, lifting and installation – all this is done easily and precisely, without cranes, without excessive physical work, by a minimum number of workers.

• Costs: Already at the design stage, the quantities of materials required for the construction are significantly reduced compared to traditional construction. The savings in costs for materials and labour are significant.

Niveau 51 is an architectural company with many years of practice that offers design and construction of homes as an investment product of a new type.

For this purpose, the Atelier developed its original and patented construction system, which won three consecutive gold medals at the International Technical Fair in Plovdiv in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Quotes are selected from construction companies certified by Niveau 51, with the aim of optimal implementation in a short time. This approach guarantees complete transparency of the construction process and achievement of the high standards that Niveau 51 sets at the foundation of its activities.
