Construction system STOJER
This constructions system has been created with the aim to increase the energy-efficiency of the houses to a new, unknown level, allowing for wide-use and non-boutique passive, zero- and energy-plus houses at a competetive price. Our product allows problems solved at once with speedy construction and no need for highly-qualified labour or heavy equipment. High precision of the construction result is guaranteed.
Construction system STOJER 2.0
This is an advanced variant of system “STOJER” featuring the properties of our next-generation system - a modular system with all elements prefabricated, including facade panels, allowing for minimal finishing work. There’s a possibility of container-transportation for all elements plus local assembly by small specialised construction teams in very short terms.
Construction system TRAINO
Our system TRAINO (tradition and inovations) is a contemporary system for energy-efficient buildings with pitched roofs. It recreates the bulgarian tradition for covering the building roofs with stone slates through following the traditional geometry of slate-laying of the vernacular houses. Each slate of technical stone is provided with integrated insulation. We have developed also all the relevant details for chimneys, roof drainage, solar panels etc.

1. ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Warm at wintertime, cool at summertime - no additional measures or expensive services, which means energy utility bills - free. In our houses gas would be needed only for cooking purposes and the fireplace - only for a romantic candle-like atmosphere.

7. FIRE PROTECTION
The materials in our buildings are classified as “non-combustible”, as well as “limited combustibility” following the regulatory requirements. The main structure is of non-combustible materials.
8. RADIATION SAFETY
The main building material in our construction system - a graphite -polistrene composite - is a safe shield against all types of radiation due to its content of graphite flakes - same as in the shield of a nuclear reactor.
