We create our houses relying on the Bulgarian tradition, knowledge, experience and technical innovations. At the same time, we create our innovations as well as our modern interpretation of the traditional Bulgarian house. The goal is to achieve harmony between man and his living environment.

What is Tradition - the accumulated life experience of hundreds of generations, which has gone through a long path of improvement. These are values ​​that our ancestors convincingly bequeathed to us to preserve and recreate.

What did we create? We created and patented the innovative construction system for low-energy buildings STOJER, awarded a gold medal at the Plovdiv Technical Fair in 2022. In short - the system offers the construction of buildings with building elements made of graphite composite, offering the highest class of thermal insulation, lightness and strength. The system can work with all types of load-bearing structures - reinforced concrete, steel, wooden, combined, it is built quickly and economically, with few people on the construction site.

The new construction system for low-energy buildings STOJER 2.0 is also in the process of being created and patented, with complete factory completion of the external and internal finishing of the building elements, almost eliminating finishing work on the construction site.

We have created and are in the process of patenting the innovative roofing system for low-energy buildings TRAINO (tradition + innovation), awarded a gold medal at the Plovdiv Technical Fair in 2023, a fully complete roofing system. We create BIO-blocks for the STOJER and TRAINO systems, made from natural products without the use of fossil fuels such as oil and gas.
